September Fair Update

The September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair will close on 22 September at 17:30.

As usual, booth dismantling and showcase removal will only start after the show ends at 17:30.

For overnight storage service, exhibitors may store valuable goods starting from 12:00 on 22 September and collect their goods on 23 September starting from 6 am. The storage rooms are located at Hall 3FG. Please bring your exhibitor badges and storage cards. 

Airport Express Update

Starting from 09:00 on 22 September, all Airport Express trains will only take passengers from Hong Kong Station to the airport and will not stop at the Kowloon, Tsing Yi and AsiaWorld-Expo Stations. City-bound Airport Express Service will only stop at Hong Kong Station. In-town check-in service at Kowloon Station will also be suspended on 22 September. 

Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time to travel to the airport. 

Exhibitors and visitors going from the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) to the airport may take the complimentary H1 Airport Express Shuttle Bus to the Hong Kong Station. Service hours at HKCEC are 06:12 - 23:12 (every 20 minutes) and the pick-up point is located at the Harbour Road entrance. The Organiser of September Fair will also provide shuttle service from HKCEC to Hong Kong Station on 22 September. Service hours are 14:00 - 19:00 (every 20 minutes) and the pick-up point is located at the Expo Drive entrance.



The 2019 edition of the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair will be held as scheduled from September 16 to 20 at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) and from September 18 to 22 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

The Hong Kong International Airport is operating normally. The Airport Authority has obtained an injunction order against activities that interfere with the proper use of the airport. International visitors are recommended to download the “HKG My Flight” mobile app for the latest flight information.

Hotels listed below will provide complimentary shuttle services to/from HKCEC on 18-22 September 2019 to guests booked through the September Fair’s promotional campaign:

Cross-border transport services
There will be shuttle bus services to different destinations within Guangdong Province for buyer delegations.

Flight schedules:
Airport Express: Services usually run every 10 minutes daily. Journeys between the airport and downtown Hong Kong take about 24 minutes while travel times to and from AsiaWorld-Expo are about 28 minutes. Tickets may be purchased online. Timetables are updated regularly.
