Admission requirements
- The fair is open to trade visitors aged 18 or above only.
- During the registration process, passport/national identity card numbers and document scans may be collected from visitors for the prevention and detection of crime, and to help ensure that show participants can conduct business in a safe and secure environment. The Organiser will store the data to verify visitors’ identities before, during and – for a reasonable period of time – after their visit to the fair.
- To further strengthen the show’s security measures, all attendees shall present a valid photo identity document for onsite identity verification before entering the trade show halls. Your full support is essential to maintaining a business-friendly environment at the fair. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to and forfeit the admission badge of visitors who fail to comply with all admission requirements.

How to register
- Registration will open soon. Avoid the long queues onsite by pre-registering online.
- Buyers holding a valid Trade Buyer ID have direct access to the fair. No further registration action is required. Holders may check the card’s validity in the bottom right-hand corner of the Trade Buyer ID. Not yet a Trade Buyer ID holder?
